The Living Space: A vibrant, contemporary open-plan lounge complete with deep, comfortable couches, climate-controlled air conditioning for summer, and a cozy closed-combustion fireplace for crisp winter nights.

The lounge area features two comfortable 2-seater couches and two occasional chairs, complemented by a 50-inch Smart TV with DStv and other popular streaming apps.

The living space flows effortlessly into an indoor 4-seater dining table adorned with funky art, leading to a kitchen counter with bar chairs designed to share the cooking experience.

The Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped, modern kitchen centered around a social island with bar stools and a four-seater dining table.
Designed for smart, off-grid efficiency, it features a premium microwave and a high-end air fryer (no traditional oven), perfectly matching modern South African cooking trends.
Added Conveniences: A separate guest toilet accessible from the main living area and a dedicated laundry nook with a washing machine.

Double-Deck Outdoor Living
The North Deck: A spacious, completely private covered entertainment deck. It features a gas BBQ, a five-seat dining table, and an extra-long outdoor lounge couch designed for lazy afternoons soaking in the mountain vistas.
The West Deck: A separate, secluded secondary deck equipped with a small breakfast table —a true haven for morning bird watchers or afternoon sun-worshippers.

You can look forward to daily visits from many of the region's iconic birds, drawn in by a variety of indigenous trees intentionally planted to attract an impressive array of birdlife.

The property is securely accessed via a remote-controlled gate, offering dedicated parking for two vehicles.

BEDROOMS

The Blue Room

The Blue bedroom is spacious and light, a sunny, east-facing bedroom featuring an extra-length Queen bed, electric blanket, a modern dressing table, ample wardrobe space, and an en-suite bathroom with a luxury walk-in rain shower. Luxury 100% cotton percale linen and electric blankets are provided for your ultimate comfort.

The bedroom boasts a large window, allowing you to wake up and revel in the warm morning sunshine.

We use high-quality anti-allergenic pillows for a restful sleep and built-in cupboards.

Louvred blinds, a convenient suitcase support bench, and a dresser are all provided to complete your master bedroom experience.

The Green Room

The Green bedroom features standard length comfortable twin beds dressed in luxury 100% cotton percale linen and electric blankets. As the larger of the two bedrooms, it offers a dedicated dressing or work table with a comfortable chair.

The West-facing window features beautiful views of the surrounding gardens, fitted with adjustable louvred blinds for your privacy.

For a restful stay, anti-allergenic pillows and a suitcase support bench a dresser and a hairdryer are supplied.

There are ample built in cupboards and a digital safe for your belongings. The space is completed by a large, en-suite walk-in rain shower and toilet.

While Mountainview and Gardenview are completely private and soundproofed from one another, they share a clever, external interleading layout.
The two units can connect seamlessly on a single level via a hidden wrapping side deck.
When booked together, this creates a magnificent four-bedroom, three-bathroom estate that comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. It is the perfect solution for multi-generational family holidays, friends travelling together, or couples who want to holiday side-by-side while maintaining their own private spaces at night.
